  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged or defective product, we kindly request you to reach out to our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. For shipping within Australia, we offer a flat rate option, and orders over $75 qualify for free parcel post shipping nationwide.

Here are the shipping options available:

  • Domestic (Australia): Free on orders over $75AUD
  • Parcel Post: $12 – Estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days
  • Express Post: $15 – Estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days

Please note that selecting Express shipping does not expedite the order processing time; it solely pertains to the shipping duration once the goods are dispatched by Australia Post.
